In this ep, I chat with Mariafe Artacho del Solar, an Australian volleyball 3 x Olympian with Peruvian heritage. She shares her journey from Peru to Australia at 11 years old, cultural shocks (e.g missing typical domingos con la familia in Peru) and her experience of the Olympics, including the atmosphere in the athletes' village.

We also chat cultural identity as both Peruvian and Australian. Most importantly, she opens up about the importance of mindset and positive affirmations in achieving success.
